More than a hundred years ago, when steam engines only came to everyday life, far in the woods there lived the tiny forest folks. They had their small city, not so far from the city of the Large Folks (as they call us, people).

They were about 6 inches tall, and always tried to avoid the Large Folk, that is why nobody knows anything about them. These tiny people were technically skilled for that day and age, and were much more cleverer than us, people.

In that city there lived Skii the Indian, Cowboy Mick, Fisherman Lim, Professor Brom, Bursh the Mechanic, Murzilka, and our heroes - Znaika, a brainy journalist, and his younger brother, Neznaika. One day an evil villain named Barrabass raided the local Geographical Society where the forest folks kept all their maps, books and globes...

The script is based on Palmer Cox's drawings and Anna Khwolson's stories.
